My Spring Show submission explores the quiet emotional weight carried through everyday objects and moments. Across still life and narrative compositions, I use personal items such as medications, coffee, worn belongings, and fragments of memory, to reflect the tension between escape and endurance. These works examine how the ordinary becomes symbolic: reminders of anxiety, resilience, and the dreamlike spaces we retreat to when life feels overwhelming. Through careful arrangement and observation, I turn these private moments into visual meditations on vulnerability, reflection, and the human need for pause.
