My name is Emily Rizzo and I am a project management professional who returned to school during the pandemic to pursue my passion for interior design. As a longtime resident of Vancouver, WA, The Commons presented a unique opportunity to leverage my design skills in an area near and dear to me. The project combines several practices I care deeply about including adaptive reuse, human-centered design, and biophilic design all in service of community need and connection.
