Ciel Yuan is a Fashion Communication and Styling student whose work focuses on visual storytelling, editorial styling, and image-making. Her creative approach is rooted in the belief that fashion is more than clothing—it is a language of mood, identity, and self-expression. Through styling, she explores how silhouette, color, texture, and cultural references can come together to create images that feel intentional, emotionally resonant, and visually compelling. Her work is influenced by contemporary fashion media, pop culture, and a strong sensitivity to aesthetics, with an interest in both polished editorial imagery and personal style development. As an emerging stylist, she aims to create fashion narratives that help individuals and brands communicate confidence, individuality, and a distinct visual presence.

Visual Narratives by Ciel Yuan is a styling portfolio that explores fashion as a form of storytelling through image, mood, and identity. The work brings together editorial styling, conceptual portraits, menswear, womenswear, and still-life imagery to examine how clothing, color, texture, and composition can shape emotional and visual experiences. Moving between softness and structure, intimacy and theatricality, the portfolio reflects an interest in transformation, individuality, and the power of fashion to communicate beyond words. Each project is approached as a visual narrative, using styling not only to dress the subject, but to build atmosphere, character, and meaning.
