School of Interior Architecture & Design

My passion and admiration for interior design began at an early age; as I grew up watching my parents work on our house, turning it into a dream home. I have seen firsthand how even the smallest changes can impact mood, wellbeing, and influence how we move through the world.
This awareness sharpened during the 2020 pandemic, where interiors became more than just our home space, but our school and work zones as well. It was at that point in time that I decided I wanted to be a part of the designers who create nurturing environments and provide stability in an unpredictable world.
I believe design is powerful: it can either diminish or lift our spirits; and I want to contribute to something positive, beautiful, and also environmentally responsible. Sustainable design has become not just an option, but a necessity in today’s environment. The challenge of designing for longevity, prioritizing low emitting materials, and embracing regenerative practices is what propels me forward in this design journey, and enhances my love for the career.
