Raia Kaouk is a fashion designer with over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry, specializing in women’s couture and childrenswear. In addition to her industry work, she has taught for more than 17 years and is currently completing her MFA in Fashion Product Development at the Academy of Art University, with graduation expected in May 2026.

Her work is grounded in the balance between creativity and precision, shaped by years of custom design and close collaboration with clients. She explores sustainability through reducing overproduction and rethinking how garments are created and worn.

Her thesis research focuses on developing custom-fit modular garments—adaptable designs that extend the life and value of each piece—reflected in her approach to refined construction, precise tailoring, and timeless elegance.
