Christopher Woll is a Master of Arts candidate in Sound Design for Visual Media, graduating in Spring 2026, with extensive professional experience in film and television audio. He has worked as a supervising sound editor, sound designer, and re-recording mixer on a wide range of narrative features, documentaries, and television projects, with credits distributed across major platforms including Netflix, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime.
Christopher is also an educator, serving as an Associate Professor and Co-Director of the Sonic Arts Center at City College of New York, where he teaches courses in audio production and post-production while helping shape curriculum and industry partnerships. In addition to his academic and creative work, he is the owner and operator of Downmix Postproduction Services, providing professional audio services for film, media, and broadcast. His work reflects a deep commitment to both craft and mentorship within the evolving field of sound for visual media.
