I’ve always felt a quiet force guiding me toward becoming a fashion stylist. For me, styling isn’t just about learning to follow trends,it’s about exploring the relationship between fashion and art, nature, science, and life: how they shape each other, and how they truly shape the way we live. I also want to help individuals and brands uncover their unique character and express it visually—so people can find and speak their style, and so their inner world can be seen, and loved.

Terminal Fiction

Over half a century ago, when the United States first turned its eyes toward the moon, fashion also began imagining what life beyond Earth might look like. In the early 1960s, under the atmosphere of the U.S.–Soviet “space race,” designers like André Courrèges, Pierre Cardin, and Paco Rabanne introduced a new visual language: plastics, metallic finishes, molded one-piece construction, helmet-like accessories, and silhouettes that were minimal yet unmistakably futuristic. This style didn’t just reshape fashion. It also left a lasting impact on architecture, interiors, industrial design, and product culture. Fifty years later, the fantasy is returning, but the mood around it feels completely different. In 2026, public life is filled with geopolitical tension, uncertainty around tariffs, and the anxiety that comes with AI accelerating at full speed. In that context, it makes sense that fashion is looking back to the cosmos again. The universe offers distance from reality. It feels like a blank canvas where people can project desires that aren’t constantly interrupted by the pressure of the present. At the same time, research on nostalgia suggests that nostalgic feelings strengthen our sense of continuity and social connection. That helps explain why the revival of 1960s futurism doesn’t feel cold or detached today. Instead, it carries a strange familiarity and even comfort. This project translates sci-fi space elements into styling details that can easily work in brand collaborations, and it was photographed at the uniquely futuristic Marin County Civic Center.
